LADIES REST ROOM CANNOT BE USED UNTIL HOT WATER IS RESTORED. ONCE IT IS REPAIRED, PLEASE CALL THE K3 HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION TO VERIFY HOT WATER IS WORKING SUFFICIENTLY. 15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) CHEST FREEZER IN VERY POOR CONDITION IN PREP AREA, I.E. BROKEN LID, INSULATION SHOWING ON INSIDE, 2) TORN GASKET ON FRONT COOLER BELOW FRUIT TOPPINGS. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. (750.690) Next Inspection
23  Observed the following contact surfaces to be unclean: 1) BROWN CRATE FAR RIGHT OF FRONT COUNTER (SANITIZER BUCKET WAS SITTING ON IT), 2) FOOT PEDALS TO "ASTRO BLENDER" AT FRONT COUNTER. CLEAN. (750.800) Next Inspection
29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: 1) INSUFFICIENT HOT WATER TEMPERATURE TO RESTROOMS, 2) HOT WATER FAUCET TO 3-BAY SINK IS LEAKING. Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
